Q:  Do you have a catalog?

A:   At the present time we do not have a catalog of our own. We do, however, carry all of the other products in the 2010 Wilton Yearbook, as well as supplies from other manufacturers. This yearbook retails for $11.99, plus shipping/handling.  This book contains pictures of all of the Wilton products as well as Wilton's suggested retail prices, which we follow for non-retired items.

We also have a recipe book/catalog for the flexible rubber mint molds.  This recipe book/catalog retails for $3.00.



Q:  Can you change the features on a wedding topper?

A:   Wedding toppers are only available as described and/or shown.  What some customers have done is paint the features they would like to change.


Q:  Do you sell wholesale?

A:   We offer businesses a 25% discount (miminum order of $100.00, excluding shipping) on case purchases of non-retired Wilton products, except books which have 20% discount on case purchases.  To qualify for a discount, we require a copy of your vendor's or baker's license.  For purchases less than a case quantity, we offer 10% discount on non-retired Wilton products and a 5% discount on books.  The wholesale discounts for candy supplies varies.  Please contact us for details.



Q:  How do I place an order?

A:  You may place an online order using the "Add to Cart" buttons next to the products.   You may also use our Online Order Form.  This form is secure.

You may also place an order via e-mail, facsimile, mail or phone.  We have a toll-free number dedicated to our fax machine.  This number is (877) 372-5270.  When placing an order by fax or mail, please use our Order Form.  If you are e-mailing an order to us, please be sure to include all of the information requested on our Order Form.  To place a phone order, please call (937)374-CAKE (2253) or (937)372-3205.

Q:  Do you have a toll-free number?

A:  At this time, we do not have any toll-free numbers.  If you have questions but don't want to call, please feel free to e-mail us your with your questions.


Q:  Is your website secure?

A:  The Online Order Form is secure.  The other pages on our website are not secure.  If you are paying by credit card, you can either fax, mail or phone in your authorization.  


Q:  What payment methods do you accept?

A:   For faster service, we recommend payment by money orders, cashier's checks, certified checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  While we discourage payments by personal check, we do accept them.  Please note, however, that we hold shipments for 7-14 business days to allow sufficient time for them to clear.


Q:  How long does it take to process an order?

A:   We attempt to ship orders within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment by credit card, money order certified check or cashier's check.  If the products are not are currently in stock but currently available from our suppliers, we can usually obtain and ship the order out within 2-3 weeks. 



Q:  How long does shipping take?

A:   Fedex Ground and United States Mail shipping usually take 3-5 days for orders within the continental United States.  For heavy or bulky items, we use Fedex Ground.  International orders usually take 7 days for air mail shipping and 4-6 weeks for surface mail, assuming no customs delays.

A:   Our domestic rates for shipping and handling to destinations in the continental U.S. for Fedex Ground and United States Mail for regular packages weighing 2 lbs. or less are as follows:

A:   Yes, we do ship internationally.  International orders usually take 7 days for air mail shipping and 4-6 weeks for surface mail, assuming no customs delays.  Please contact us for shipping estimates.


Q:  What method of shipping do you use?

A:   The domestic shipping prices quoted on our site are for United States Mail.  However, for heavy or bulky items, we sometimes use Fedex Ground.  We usually ship international orders via Priority Mail International. 


Q:  What is your return policy?

A:   With prior authorization, all items, except edible products, may be returned at your expense for
a full refund, less a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges, within 7 days after receipt of shipment.  We use the U.S. Post Office tracking system to determine the receipt date.  Please e-mail us to obtain authorization for your return and type RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST in the subject line.  No refunds are given for items returned without prior authorization.
